Leolyn Woods and Fairy Trail at Lily Dale

Location: Lily Dale, NY

This trail is located in Chautauqua County – 2.5 hours southwest of Rochester, NY and 1.5 hours south of Buffalo. Leolyn Woods is a peaceful old-growth forest with towering trees that are hundreds of years old. The Fairy Trail is a beautiful trail through the woods with many fairies, fairy houses, gnome homes, and more! This whimsical trail is a work in progress – visitors and residents contribute to the trail. The trail is a dirt path that makes a small loop with some branching side trails. There are benches, a gazebo, picnic pavilion, gardens, restrooms and more! The trail is flat, but may be too narrow for a stroller.

Note: a fee is required to enter Lily Dale during certain months
