Letchworth State Park – Middle Falls and Upper Falls

Location: Castile, NY

This park is located 1 hour southwest of Rochester, NY. There are numerous trails and viewpoints throughout the park. Middle Falls and Upper Falls are two of my favorite views in Letchworth. You can park at either of the waterfalls. There is a stone dust path between the waterfalls allowing you to walk between them. This path is mostly stroller friendly BUT there is a section with a few steps and a section with some rocks. There are also more stairs as you approach each waterfall, but you can enjoy views of the falls without using these stairs. Leashed dogs are allowed. There are restrooms by each waterfall. There is a fee to enter the park, though the fee is sometimes waived during the winter.
