This nature preserve is located 45 minutes south of Rochester, NY. There is a 1.2 mile loop with an optional 0.2 mile cut through path. When we visited, the loop was unable to be completed due to trail closures, so we had to back track. The counter clockwise direction (take a right at the fork) brought us to a large meadow and three beautiful lookouts with benches overlooking a wide distant view with glimpses of Canandaigua Lake. The clockwise direction (take a left at the fork) has an uphill path through the meadow up to a bench with a lovely view over the hills. The trail then goes down to a wooded area with a pond and creek. The trail is mostly grass and dirt and would not be considered stroller friendly. Leashed dogs are allowed.
