Location: Henrietta, NY
This park is located 15 minutes south of Rochester, NY. The Hansen Nature Center has a mix of live animals (some birds, turtles, and more) as well as taxidermy animals. There are some informational signs and maps as well as a touch station with bones, antlers, rocks and more. The nature center also has snowshoe rentals. Outside of the nature center you can find hiking trails. A playground and pavilion can be found on the other side of the park. There are restrooms in the nature and additional restrooms by the main parking lot. Dogs are NOT allowed at Tinker Nature Park.
