Location: Lima, NY
This park is located 30 minutes south of Rochester in Lima, NY features a playground, gazebo, and a gravel/grass trail that leads to a pond. We walked around the well-marked stone dust trails starting with the Bluebird Crossing trail and made our way to the pond. There was one section of rough gravel. The trail down to the pond was grassy and had a bit of a hill. There was a bench and a narrow path around the pond. We saw a lot of fish in the clear water and heard frogs all around. We then went back up the hill and walked along the paths back to the playground area near the parking lot. There was a dog park there as well, plus more benches, fields, gazebos, a pavilion, and some sports areas. There were several other trails that we didn’t have time to explore! Restrooms are seasonal.
