Location: Rochester, NY
This park along the Genesee River is located in the city of Rochester, NY. We parked by the signs for the Genesee Riverway Trail and then walked along the river 0.3 miles to the playground – however there is a new parking lot next to the playground and basketball courts. The city views across the river are beautiful and the non-traditional playground is really colorful and unique and has elements for a variety of ages! There was a paved path right alongside the river and another tree lined paved path parallel to it. The Genesee Riverway Trail continues in both directions from here.
