Location: Hemlock, NY
This beautiful park on the north end of Hemlock Lake is located 40 minutes south of Rochester, NY. There is a pine tree grove, picnic area, pavilion, restrooms, pond and some basic playground equipment. Then there are stairs and an inclined gravel path up to the beautiful views of the lake and benches. From here you can walk west along the shore to a gazebo and some benches and chairs. I did not walk beyond this, but it looks like the gravel path continues on for another quarter mile or so in either direction along the shore. This is shown on the map below.
