Location: Webster, NY
This trail is located 15 minutes northeast of Rochester, NY. This short trail is hidden away in a tiny wooded area behind a shopping plaza and the Webster Library! This trail is only 400 feet long and consists entirely of wooden boardwalks. There are benches along the path, birdhouses in the trees, a little free library, and at the end of the trail is a large platform with benches all around. It was pretty and peaceful, but you can hear a bit of highway traffic in the distance. Leashed pets are allowed. The path is stroller friendly and accessible. I did not see any outdoor restrooms during my visits, but there are bathrooms in the library and may be some in the park. The inclusive Karpus Family Playground is a few minutes away by walking or driving, also located in Ridge Park near the baseball fields.
This trail is not currently on Google Maps. The parking area and trailhead are off of Van Ingen Drive. You can navigate to the Webster Public Library or Ridge Park Softball Fields. You can also use these GPS coordinates: 43.212114, -77.458482.
