Location: Celoron, NY
This park is located 2.5 hours southwest of Rochester, NY and 1.5 hours south of Buffalo, NY. This park is dedicated to Lucille Ball whose hometown was Celoron. There are two statues of her and a memorial plaque. We enjoyed the huge and inclusive playground with many fun structures for kids of different ages. There is a short paved path to the lake front with views over Lake Chautauqua and a lighthouse. There is also a veterans memorial, benches, shaded picnic tables, flower gardens, and restrooms.
