Location: Manchester, NY
This trail is located 30 minutes southeast of Rochester, NY. We parked in the small parking area at the northern end of the trail at Route 96 in Manchester. We then walked the 1.5 mile paved and stone dust path along the beautiful Canandaigua Outlet. Along the path were lookout viewpoints, fitness stations, informational signs, and many benches! There were a few hills but it was mostly flat. This path also goes past a lot of yards and private property so stay on the trail.
At the southern end of the trail is a large dog park and Jones-Blunt Park with a gazebo and covered bridges. Across the street is Shortsville Budd Park with some older play equipment (there was also a modern playground that was roped off when we visited, it may be open now). There is also parking at this southern end of the trail.
