Powder Mills Park – Grandview and Pine Forest Trails

Location: Pittsford, NY

I took a beautiful snowy hike at this park located 15 minutes southeast of Rochester, NY. I parked at the lot on Woolston Road (near this GPS: 43.040089, -77.477079). I hiked a bit of the network of trails accessed from this parking lot. I started with Grandview Trail and also hiked some parts of the Pine Forest Trail making a total of about 1 mile. However, a longer or shorter hike could be made by adding or removing parts of the trails. The map below shows my route. There were some pretty steep hills and a few drop-offs, so may not be good for small children. It is not stroller friendly. The pine groves along the hike were breathtaking!
