Location: Branchport, NY
The Saunders Finger Lakes Museum is located 1 hour southeast of Rochester, NY. There are nature trails, a kayak launch, StoryWalk, and a natural playscape. Other exhibits are currently under construction. At the Creekside Center, there is a StoryWalk trail. It begins near the Natural Playscape and goes along the creek, passing by the kayak launch dock. The surface is grass, so may not be stroller friendly. There were beautiful wildflowers and the book was an alphabet book about the Finger Lakes when we visited in September 2025. Leashed dogs are allowed.
