Wolcott Falls

Location: Wolcott, NY

This roadside waterfall is located 50 minutes east of Rochester, NY. There is a viewing platform right next to the parking lot to view the waterfall from above. There is also a trail down to the bottom. I did not hike this trail, but according to CNY Hiking: “The short 0.18 mile trail is found by following the safety fence to the gap in the fence near a large tree. A well worn trail leads down toward Wolcott Creek and on to the base of Wolcott Falls.” The park has a small playground and a pavilion. Leashed dogs are allowed.
